IPS’s domestic telecommunications business started out as an international telephone service for foreign residents of Japan about 30 years ago. Currently, we are solving our clients’ communication challenges through call center solutions and unique voice communication services to improve business efficiency and reduce costs. In July 2022, the domestic telecommunications business was spun off to form IPS Pro, Inc. We will aim for even greater heights.

Established IPS Pro, Inc., a subsidiary of domestic telecommunications business

IPS’s domestic telecommunications business was transferred to IPS Pro, Inc. , which was established on July 1, 2022 through an incorporation-type company split. Under the new structure, we will respond to customers’ issues and needs more quickly and flexibly.

IPS Pro provides Total Solution; Cost Effective solution for call centers and customers

Recently, IPSPRO has received high evaluation for providing total solutions to call center operators by offering a system (AmeyoJ) that integrates automated call center and customer management and a low-cost calling rate service (second-based billing service) as a package.
AmeyoJ is a platform that unifies customer management and call center systems. In addition, the introduction of cloud switching and AI will enable more sophisticated and efficient communication with customers.
Furthermore, second-based billing services, which are currently provided by major telephone companies on a second-by-second basis, are expected to become even more competitive in the next-generation network, as we will be able to provide our own services.
Moreover, we are developing diverse solutions to meet the needs of the new era, such as low-cost calling services for MVNO carriers, telecommunication services for teleconferencing carriers, and the operation of telephone voting platforms, to help corporate customers solve their business issues.
