IPS History
International is not just a word pertaining to overseas. Our business target is international markets found inside the country. Our main clients are foreign residents in Japan, mainly those from South East Asian countries, especially the Philippines. The number of foreign residents in Japan is increasing so fast that it is breaking its record every year. We understand the variety of languages, cultures, religions, customs, and views. We dispose all prejudices. International calls, broadcasting, newspapers, community websites, catalog shopping, human resources, workers dispatchment. The history of IPS is a continuous challenge with our original ideas, riding the wind of the era: globalization and deregulation.
