President/CEO KOJI MIYASHITA
Born in 1965. Well-experienced in human resource procurement and telecommunications business. Established IPS in 1991.

Japan and many other countries face the problem of an aging population and a decreasing birth rate. This will surely lead to serious labor shortages, thus forcing these countries to look beyond their borders to fill the gaps in their manpower requirements. Inevitably, there will be a global competition for foreign workers and that Japan will just be one among several countries that will be trying to lure workers from labor surplus countries to come to their shores.
To encourage these workers to select Japan instead of some other country, we have to offer an environment that is comfortable for people to live in – a society where foreign residents and the locals can live together harmoniously. Achieving such a society is our vision.
While most enterprises  have been established  for the sole purpose of creating material wealth for their owners, we at IPS look far beyond the profits that our business  activities generate.  We run our business with a strong sense of Social Responsibility. We look at how people live and how we can help them lead more comfortable lives. We design our products so they can make life for our clients easier and more enjoyable. We try to anticipate  future needs and create products that will fill these needs long before they become manifest.
IPS believe that an entrprise, no matter how successful, should not sit on its laurels lest it be overtaken and left far behind by more dynamic organizations that have the flexibility to adapt in a rapidly changing business environment.

Over the nearly two decades that we have been in existence, our company has been able to adjust to various challenges that have come our way. The hallmark of our existence  is the fact that we have been able to read with a good measure of accuracy the shifting sands in the business landscape.  As a result, we have managed to wean ourselves away from markets that we correctly predicted would soon fade into the sunset and move into new and emerging ones that we continue to nurture and develop.
IPS have come a long way from where we started – from being a one-product telecom company that provides telecommunications  services for foreign residents, to a mini-conglomerate  whose interests now include broadcasting, publishing, marketing of health and beauty products and manpower supply and development.

IPS have launched newspapers and television services in the native language of our clients in Japan so they could feel as if they are in their own homeland.
We also launched a scheme to dispatch foreign workers in the field of nursing care by opening a school where foreigners living in Japan, particularly Filipinos, are given the proper training to take on this delicate job.

IPS addressed the caregiver issue long before it was enshrined in JPEPA. We believe we are the first to address this issue by setting up a base for the recruitment of multi-national workers in the field of nursing care.

We beam with pride as we talk about what we have done and what we continue to do because we can see that it brings us closer to our goal, which is to build an ideal society.

Time is of the essence. Pretty soon, the labor shortage in Japan will become so severe that we will soon be scrambling for workers from outside our shores to come and fill job vacancies which will then be growing by leaps and bounds. If we do not do anything to prepare for this need, then we will most likely be unable to take in the kind of workers that we want. We will be forced into hiring workers on the basis of quantity rather than on quality.
Thus, we at IPS are working full throttle to serve the future manpower needs of Japan. We consider it our mission to provide a solution to the structural problem of the Japanese working population so both foreign nationals and locals can live harmoniously together.
