IPS provides a direct link between trust and expertise among end-users of international telephone services and overseas call centers. There are 80% Filipinos in Japan and IPS primarily targets women, ages 25-40 and introduce them to whitening or anti-aging products, dietary supplements and cosmetics. The company also helps them engage in the lucrative business of mail order health food. It’s a fact that private label products are increasing in recent years and while the results reflect the direct research, we would still want to develop the quality of our products. We also plan to further widen our horizons by selling our products in the Southeast Asian region.

The call center in the Philippines (PIMS) was established in 1991 employing a total of 300 telemarketers. These agents speak Tagalog and English and are conducting business round the clock. There’s also a Customer Support department catered to the international telephone and broadcasting business.
